Cancellation Policy
📋 Family Finance Coaching Policies Booking Policy: All coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system or by contacting us directly. Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your session. You will receive a confirmation email once your appointment is secured. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice are eligible for a full refund or transfer to a new session date. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable. No-shows (missing a session without notice) will not be refunded. Waitlist Policy: If all coaching spots are filled, you may request to join our waitlist. Waitlisted clients will be contacted in the order their request was received if an earlier session becomes available. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a spot but gives you priority access as openings arise. Once contacted, you will have 24 hours to confirm your spot before it is offered to the next person on the list. 1. Services Provided The Coach agrees to provide financial coaching to the Client, which may include goal setting, budgeting support, spending plan strategies, mindset coaching, and accountability. 2. Scope of Practice The Client acknowledges that the Coach is not a certified financial planner, accountant, investment advisor, or certified tax professional. The Coach does not provide investment, legal, or tax advice. Coaching is intended to offer education, support, and accountability, not to replace professional services in these areas. 3. Client Responsibility The Client understands that coaching is a collaborative process that requires active participation. The Client is responsible for implementing strategies and decisions based on coaching sessions. The Coach does not guarantee financial outcomes. 4. Scheduling and Cancellations Clients must schedule coaching sessions in advance. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited. 5. Payment Fees for coaching services must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed upon. Payment confirms your spot and commitment to the coaching process. 6. Confidentiality All information shared in coaching sessions will remain confidential unless disclosure is required by law. The Coach will not disclose Client information without written permission.
