Scope of Services
I provide financial coaching focused on education, accountability, and personal finance strategies. I am not a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), accountant, investment advisor, or certified tax professional. Coaching is educational and supportive in nature and is not a substitute for professional financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
Payment and Scheduling

Full payment is required prior to beginning services.
Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement and typically last [insert time, e.g., 60 minutes].

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, are not refundable.

Confidentiality

I will keep all personal and financial information confidential unless disclosure is required by law.

Results

Coaching does not guarantee specific financial outcomes.
The Client remains fully responsible for their own financial decisions and results.

Termination

Either party may terminate coaching at any time with written notice.
If sessions are terminated early, a prorated refund may be considered at the Coach’s discretion.
